Configuration Steps

Before you can begin to use web based Self Scheduling, several configuration steps must be completed in Quadrant Workforce. If your organization is new to Quadrant Workforce's scheduling functionality, a scheduling Org Level must be created and designated as the default Org Level. An Org Detail must be configured for each unit that you want to identify for scheduling purposes. Every position in your organization must be associated with an Org Detail, also known as a unit, if you want it to be available for scheduling. Finally, shift types must be associated with units, and units must be attached to Scheduling Teams.
