Click the username for the account you want to delete. If you do not see the account, select Username in the Filter Mode drop down list and enter the first few characters into the Username box. Then click Search to restrict the list to the accounts beginning with the entered characters. Alternatively, you can click on the numbered pages at the bottom of the account list to advance the view.
Click Reset Password on the Manage Accounts toolbar. The Reset Account Password dialog opens.
Enter the new password in the New Password box, and then enter the same password in the Confirm New Password box.
